Fan Stuff
Fan Art
When fans can't get enough of the shows or characters they love and they make artwork, it's known as 'fan art'. This can include such things as:
- Drawings
- Digital Art of any size
- Animated GIFs
- Icons
- Wallpapers
- Forum Signature Banners
- Website/Blog/Livejournal headers
- Moodthemes
- Manipulations
- Etc...
All of our fan-submitted artwork is available within this site's Image Gallery. Access it by clicking the link below. If you want to find out more about submitting art, please continue reading.

You can also browse our favorites on DeviantArt.
Submitting Fan Art
There are two ways in which you can submit artwork to our gallery. We accept any kind of art as long as it features Alexander Skarsgård or Eric Northman (either in his True Blood incarnation or as your personal vision of Eric). All artists will receive front page exposure when fan art is updated so it is a great way to get your art out to the fans. We are hoping to build up a comprehensive collection online and to do that, we require your help. Please continue reading the submission methods if you would like to know more.
Submission Method #1
The first method is the simplest. Just use the Contact Form to send us a message about your website or your artwork. One of the webmasters will return your email and ask for either a link to your work on the web or a zipped copy which will then be uploaded to the site's gallery.
Submission Method #2
The second method is suited to those artists who want to display their artwork in the gallery immediately or if they don't have access to webspace to host their artwork. Whatever the reasons behind this submission method, we definitely encourage you to use this method as it always gives us a surprise when we log into the gallery to find new artwork! There are a few things you need to know about this method.
Guidelines:
1. Remember, we are looking for artwork containing Eric Northman or Alexander Skarsgård. Any art not featuring him will be deleted.
2. The gallery contains some images which are not safe for work. However, anything "overtly" pornographic will be referred to both webmasters to be judged as to whether it's art or not.
3. Do NOT post artwork which you didn't create. We do not want to be parties to the theft of someone else's artwork.
4. Anyone found abusing our registered user privilege to upload will be banned.
How to Submit Artwork:
1. Register a user account in the Image Gallery
2. When you login, you will see a line of options underneath the main menu including 'Create/Order My Albums', 'Modify My Albums', 'My Profile' and 'Sort My Pictures'.
3. Click on 'Create/Order My Albums'.
4. The box will display your current albums if you have made any. You need to have a gallery to upload your files into. If you do not have one, click on 'New' and name the folder in the box below. Click on 'Apply Modifications'.
5. Click 'Ok' when the prompt box appears.
6. Click 'continue'.
7. You will be returned to the main menu. Click on 'Upload file' in the navigation menu.
8. You can either upload from your computer by browsing and selecting files or you can upload from the web. Once you are done selecting files, click 'continue'.
9. The next page will confirm whether your files have been uploaded successfully. It will tell you that you need to add your files to folders. Click 'continue'.
10. Select your album from the drop down box. You can give your file a title here. Also, it would be a good idea to include your URL if you have one in the description box. For example: Credit: [URL=http://wicked-fate.net]Wicked Fate[/URL]. The gallery uses BBCode. Click 'continue' when you are done.
11. Your files will then be visible to other users and guests of the gallery. You will be able to view them by going to 'User Galleries' and clicking on your username.
12. All files in these folders will be moved to the main fan art gallery once admin have found them. Updates will usually be placed on the main page.
13. Before this, if you would like to edit the file, you can click on the image and 3 tags will be available beneath the image: 'Crop and Rotate', 'Edit File Information' and 'DELETE THIS FILE'. Once files are moved to the main gallery, you will lose the ability to edit the files.
If you have any problems with this process or you would like to ask questions, please use the Contact Form to get in touch with the webmasters.
