While i wish the series ended with book 8.. maybe 9 ( 7 is my absolute fav) i am oddly ok with the last book. i wish sookie and eric lasted, but hey we always have fanfic :)

What an interesting choice for reason he wasn't there. I could buy that. That would probably keep Sookie from wanting to hate him for not being there because it wasn't some vampire crap that kept him away but Niall. Very interesting.
