Oh my God...I'm so sorry..I couldn't stop to leave reviews for the chapters I read, I couldn't take the time...I was mesmerized, I had to keep reading until there were no more chapters(darn it)........this was amazing, thank you so much for such a lovely Christmas story.

Hey there,

Thanks for your inciteful reviews.  I think Eric was feeling exactly the way you felt after what he saw future Sookie.  The revelation that Eric had at the end of this story was that he would try his best be the man that Sookie needs to get her as close to the future Sookie he saw as possible.  Of course there will be many things he would not be able to fulfil (such as father her children) but Niall had opened the door for their relationship to reach a new level of commitment. 

This story is open ended because it's short canon and I did not have the time to lay anything definitive in the plot. 

I had taken a new turn with my story "Dead Wrong".  Please check it out if you have time.
