You have a brilliant idea going here, I hope you continue to develop upon it. You can take it in some really exciting directions and I truely hope you grasp these and explore into them
There are a few mistakes where I presume you missed the spacebar or mis-hit a key. But they don't distrub reading flow too much.
If you were looking for improvement tips I'd say you'd do best to add a bit more detail to things, give a little background of how their relationship was, maybe a flashback to how the rivalry with Pam first started, maybe her first reactions to Eric.
Overall: I like it, just needs an itsy bitsy more detail. Keep at it :D I'm looking forward to the rest of the story
