I loved it! Eric was such a sweet talker with Gran. I could most definately see Sookie wanting to bang her head against something. I'm so happy that Sookie is going to try and be with Eric. Sure they still need to have a conversation about many things, but I'm glad that she us entertaining the idea. I do belive that Eric really wants to be with Sookie, I just hope he's not gonna ruin itby being with fangbangers. Best chapter yet and I can't wait for the next!
Author's Response: Thanks! The fangbangers are not so much as an issue as what Sookie has already seen of Eric in Dawn's head... Eric is definitely solid in his commitment, but that won't mean she won't have issues from some of the things she 'hears.' I'm glad you're enjoying... :)

Author's Response: Thank you! I think it's really a matter of him trying to sort out what she wants and then giving it to her. Eric has been around for like, ever, so I think he sees it more as sorting than learning. Will that cause trouble later? Hmmm.... Perhaps.

I'm happy that Gran is alright with everything and she was also reassuring Sookie. I have a feeling Sam may be a problem though. I love that Eric sent Sookie flowers but hopefully she won't be on his case too hard. Poor Sookie seeing Dawn's sexy thoughts of Eric though. Great chapter and I can't wait for more!

Love this new take on the begining... great AU. I really can't wait to see what happens next. Are Sookie and Hadley going to become close again? Will Sookie be integrated into the Northman family in some way, or will she always be battling them, trying to date others, etc?

Author's Response: I think the whole Sookie battling Eric comes from how Bill screwed her in the first few books. They always had a thing for each other, from the start, and I plan to make it an easier transition for her. That is not to say she will be a door mat, not in the least....

I had started reading this story and then couldn't fing it anymore and finally found it.. luv this new twist to it all....great use of the infamous eric/sookie chemistry...keep up the great work.. hope to see more of it soon... :)
