While i wish the series ended with book 8.. maybe 9 ( 7 is my absolute fav) i am oddly ok with the last book. i wish sookie and eric lasted, but hey we always have fanfic :)

Alcide is my second favorite in the books, and I love him on the show. Though, I think if Sookie were not with Eric in SVM she would end up with Sam--though I've always thought Alcide could be a hot 2nd choice after Eric!!
