While i wish the series ended with book 8.. maybe 9 ( 7 is my absolute fav) i am oddly ok with the last book. i wish sookie and eric lasted, but hey we always have fanfic :)

Great chapter! Getting to know a bit more backstory was nice. I'm very curious how Eric and Pam will be changed like QSA said. They must have thought Sookie died. I'm hoping that they won't be upset with her. Why didn't Sookie ever get in contact with them? Did Andre and QSA forbid it?

Very intriguing! I'm assuming that "him" is Eric. Does he know that Sookie is a vampire? Who is her maker because she said "Andre was to be her maker"? I'm also assuming that the kin she mentioned that she's turning is Hunter. Does he want to be a vampire, or is Sophie Anne making her turn him? Sorry about all the questions. I'm hoping that you'll answer them in upcoming chapters. Also, is this fic going to be really angsty? I only ask because I'm not really an angst fan.

I don't think theres going to be a whole lot of angst no, I don't really enjoy it myself but I will say it might take a couple chapters before everything settles down.
