I love your EPOV as always....pretty much anything you write is awesome!! I am scared that CH will crush our little shipper hearts in future books and it makes me so reluctant to read books 12 and 13.....I just don't know if I can stomach it.
SVM is the only CH work I've read so far and if this ends poorly---I wont be able to bring myself to read more of her work and that's a bummer bc I do enjoy her as a storyteller.....the wait and anticipation is tough!

Ugh...I REALLY like Sam!! Especially at the end of this chapter (6) when he tells her to go out with Eric but not sleep with him.....the question at the end about "what do I say to that?" I was like you say "OK! I'll come back to you!"
I 'm a pretty hard core Eric girl so for me to actually prefer Sam right now says something about how well you have written him!!

Eric in Chp 2 was horrible to Sookie. I wanted to slap him around for her....he has redeemed himself somewhat in later chapters but I guess it's the women's libber in me but I want to shake Sookie and I want to see her lay into him and let him know she's not gonna put up with his domineering crap....I would love to see her tell him---"you'll never touch me again if you keep pulling all this high handed crap" and then be able to actually stick to it.....I'm gonna keep reading because I wanna see where it all goes :)

This is a great story....I get frustrated sometimes when I read stories of Sookie being just plain dumb and allowing herself to be maltreated.....it's a nice balance you have struck here between Eric being strong but not overly dominant and Sookie being able to accept help but yet be independent and smart....can't wait to read more.

I am very much enjoying this story and this Sookie. She's smarter and savvier and I can appreciate her wariness, especially with Bill. In SVM, I never really jived with her instant mistrust of Eric and trust of Bill....especially when Eric was never cruel or unkind to her. I always chalked it up to the fact that she ingested so much of Bill's blood after the Ratrays that she almost seemed "pet like" with Bill sometimes but not this Sookie--she actually questions, asks the right questions and knows when to enlist help. It's refreshing that she's not always jumping to conclusions and going off on people (that's one thing that drives me crazy about the TB Sookie)!!
Hope for an update soon and I can't wait to see how things transpire.

Ugh, don't get me started on TB Sookie, we're supposed to understand and be endeared to the main characters, and I just can't stand AB's version of her. He's completely butchered her in my opinion, and her swearing every other word just to be swearing gets old darn fast. Don't get me wrong, I swear myself, (too much in my mother's opinion) but they have Sookie swearing so much just for effect.
Anyway, this has been fun to write. I'm enjoying writing this new/changed version of both Sookie and Jason. It's been fun to play with twisting the story around. ;)

I am really enjoying the story and I love HUMAN Eric....I love Vamp Eric too but his human self is super hot in this story and treats Sookie so sweetly :) I am wishing for so many outcomes in this story that it'll be great to see how you actually conclude it....I know Sookie doesn't think Vamp Eric will care about her relationship with Human Eric, but I think she is very mistaken--he reacted to their picture...how's he gonna react to them having sex????
