I wanted to address something that has been on my mind since I finished the most recent released "Dead Reckoning". For those that have not read the book I am going to recap a bit for you. Sookie cleans out the attic, in the process she decided that some of these old items might be of some worth. Sam takes her to an antique shop and she make an appointment for the owner to come to her home and look at some of the pieces. In the furniture that she has taken from the attic there is a desk that the owner and her partner take an interest in and agree to purchase with further examination they find a hidden compartment. They inform Sookie and tell her that she should be the one to open it. Within it there is an envelope containing a letter from Gran (which I wont get into) and an object that upon touching Sookie feels extreme comfort and she is compelled to keep holding it and touching because if creates the feeling of comfort for her. She asks Amelia if she can find out what this item is and what it does. She later on recieves an email letting her know that this item is from the Fae and it can grant a wish, any wish there is no catch. So she kicks around the idea that she could wish away her gift of being a telapath, but here is my number one question or possibility for future scenerio. If this Cluviel Dor can grant a wish made out of love, could it be possible that Sookie might wish the vampire that she loves to once again be human? Or could it be that she will wish them to be able to walk in the sunlight? If so who will it be, is her love for Eric strong enough to weather the recent events that unfolded in the book, or will that familiar feeling of her first lover, Bill win out? What do you think she will use it for, and who do you think will be the love of Sookie's life? I cannot cast my vote as of yet; however my vote is for the dreamy, and oh so steamy Eric "Tall Hot Viking" Northman.
